  • Why is a photo ID required when I use my card to enter the Gardens?

    Membership is non-transferable, and free admission is for the member named on the card only. Your assistance in preventing misuse helps us keep our memberships affordable.

  • Do I get a discount on merchandise in the gift shop?

    Discounts are available for members except on consigned or sale items.

  • Is my membership payment tax-deductible?

    Membership fees may be partially or fully tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for details.

  • Can I still visit if I've misplaced my membership card?

    Absolutely! Just stop by our Welcome Center with a photo ID for membership verification. Replacement cards can be issued for a $5 processing fee.

  • Does membership include admittance to special events?

    Yes, while some special events charge an additional fee for members, these fees are less than those for non-members.

  • What happens when I join?

    Upon joining, you will receive an email confirmation and a receipt. You can use this receipt as a temporary proof of membership until your permanent card arrives by mail.
