New Paragraph

Media Capture Policy

Please note that during your time at Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens, our staff or authorized photographers may capture your image through video or photography. By entering the premises, you implicitly grant us permission to use this media, unless you state otherwise.

Animal Policy

While we love animals, for the well-being and safety of our visitors, we do not allow pets on the property. However, service dogs trained to assist with specific tasks, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome.

Health & Safety Protocols

In light of ongoing public health concerns, we prioritize the safety of our visitors and staff. Our garden spaces allow for social distancing, and we adhere to CDC guidelines for sanitization and staff protection. Group gatherings should not exceed 10 people, and we recommend face masks for vulnerable populations. Visitor numbers may be limited to maintain social distancing protocols.

Accessibility Policy

Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens strives to be a welcoming space for visitors with varying abilities. Our walkways are accessible, with either paved or hard-packed surfaces. Free manual wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, motorized wheelchairs are permitted, but other motorized vehicles like scooters or bicycles are not allowed.
