With options for both daytime and evening experiences, and multiple locations throughout our expansive property, we proudly stand as Charlotte County's most unique and versatile event venue.
Rental Pricing
We base prices on the number of attendees and what the event will entail. This is the facility use fee only, and does not include catering or rentals such as tents, chairs, tables, linens, etc. The following prices are a general idea of what a client can expect for costs to rent our facility with the number of anticipated guests (including the bridal party).
During Business Hours*: Monday-Sunday 9-4 pm
- Less than 10 people: $400
- 10-25 people: $800
- 26-75 people: $1200
After Business Hours
- Up to 25 attendees: $2000
- 26-75 attendees: $3000
- 76-150 attendees: $4000
- 151-300 attendees: $5000
- 301-500 attendees: $6000
- 501+ attendees: Call for pricing
Each rental includes a 3-hour duration with limited indoor use (restroom facilities only). Clients are responsible for setup and cleanup. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required, along with an additional refundable deposit of $250 upon the initial reservation. Additional hours can be arranged at a rate of $300 per hour. The Gift Shop can be rented as a catering staging area for an additional $300. An extra dumpster rental fee applies to events with over 150 attendees. All events must conclude and vacate the property no later than 11:00 pm.
